I worked at Mainstreet full-time
Free food and soda fountain. Nice fancy latte machine.
Poorly ran upper management and leadership. Constantly changed direction and strategy of company which caused mass chaos at times. Ultimately over spent, over hired, got too greedy and led to layoffs of quality employees.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Mainstreet (Carmel, IN (US)) in June 2012.
The interview process was long. I met with several people on several different occasions before any decision was made. The CEO was arrogant and made me feel uncomfortable. Most people I interviewed with were so young they seemed to have no idea what they were looking for or any experience in interviewing someone. I felt that no one knew what they were looking for in the position.
