Morning everyone! Does anyone here use Docebo LMS? How's it working for you, especially the dynamic rules? I understand the system does not unenroll an employee from a level-down training and needs manual intervention at that point. We currently use LearnUpon, and I keep calendar reminders to remove a person from level-down training ten days before they fall due for re-enrollment. If I do so earlier than that, we lose historical data. So I need to be clear that this would work fine in Docebo.

      I applied online. I interviewed at LearnUpon (Dublin, Dublin) in Sept 2023


      I had an overall positive experience interviewing at LearnUpon, with the following stages: 1. Recruiter screen, casual conversation about past experience 2. Hiring Manager call, 1h to go over my experience, situational questions and what to expect from the role 3. Practical interview, 1h30min with HM and 2 other people (Director level and above). Had to analyse 8 case studies and present this back to them during the call. I felt the exercise gave me a very good idea as to what to expect from the role at LearnUpon but I personally, don't believe 8 case studies is needed. You'd probably get the same type of information from 3-4 max. We only covered 4 during the call, as well. I found this to be the most difficult part of the processes as it required a lot of time to prep. 4. CFO Interview. I didn't get to this stage despite being told I was through, due to accepting another offer.

      1. Give me a time where you upsold in an account 2. How you prioritise 3. Give me a time you had conflicting priorities and how did you manage that
