I have been working at King Kong full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's been an amazing experience working here. Never a dull day in King Kong. The Culture is what sets this company apart. We are never micro-managed and are responsible for getting our work done while enjoying the social aspect of the role. Personal development is a high priority so we get 30 minutes a day to work on anything we choose.

    Cons

Growing agency life means the workload is full on. But in saying that, it makes every day interesting and challenging which is never a bad thing.

    Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at King Kong (London, England (UK)).

    Interview

Fired in an application that included an extensive cover letter. No reply or response for 2 weeks made several calls to follow up. Nobody ever there to take the call. Promised several call back but none materialised. Unfortunate. If there was no interest a little courtesy to say would have gone further. Going by research and advice from other places it seems this is a high turn over of staff agency. I would advice to avoud unless you're desperate or looking for something for short term.
