I have been working at Kerry Foods full-time (Less than a year)
Lovely facility to work in. People very friendly and helpful. Really good atmosphere
Hard to get access to applications which can delay getting things done. It would have been nice to have an induction where you are shown how to raise tickets, log on to applications etc.
Advice to Management
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Kerry Foods (Naas) in January 2018.
Two separate interviews about a fortnight apart, each about an hour long. first interview was a face to face exploration with potential line manager and HR specialist. Second interview involved presenting a plan for the first 60-90 days in the role to potential line manager and colleague.
