You can learn more about our values here

As a large business, we know that we’re in a position to make a real impact. And we have a strategy called Towards2020 that will make sure it’s a positive one. Towards2020 has clear goals in these four main areas:

We’re reducing our carbon footprint and water usage, and recycling more and more each year. And our zero food waste policy has seen us working with charitable partners in the UK and Ireland – using our surplus food to provide nutritious meals for homeless shelters, children’s clubs and a host of other deserving organisations.

As a food business, we know we can have a big impact on people’s health. And we are. Our ‘Better for you’ programme is seeing us improve existing products and develop new ones that help millions of people eat and live healthier.

Across every one of our sites, we embrace diversity and make sure our people enjoy a safe and healthy place to work. And we’re always exploring new ways to make things even better.

Right across our business in the UK and Ireland, you’ll find local projects that give back. We’ve donated food, supported charitable walks and funded local charities. And we’re always happy to help our people support the causes that mean a lot to them.

Our sites, and we have 17 of them across the UK and Ireland, are where our cherished brands and much loved products get made. Whether it’s dairy, meat or meal solutions, our teams give their all to efficiently deliver quality products that delight millions.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Kerry Foods (Naas) in January 2018.

Two separate interviews about a fortnight apart, each about an hour long. first interview was a face to face exploration with potential line manager and HR specialist. Second interview involved presenting a plan for the first 60-90 days in the role to potential line manager and colleague.
