    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Interserve (Birmingham, England (UK)) in April 2020.

    Interview

    I applied through there system, also I had an employee referral so they contact me after a month. The team leader of the department on the phone was very rushed and she didn't pay attention in me as a person. Also, I found their way of screening very inappropriate and in this manner, they will lose many talent employees. They asked me around to 6 competency questions and they expected to response them in 10 minutes. Very disappointment. I will withdraw my application. I don't like companies who didn't respect their potential candidates.
