    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Independent News (Dublin, Co. Dublin).

    Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Independent.
The process was fast and took around 2 weeks. There were 4 rounds of interview (2 telephonic, 2 face-2-face), however most questions asked were not relevant to the role or my skill sets. The role was described in a way to make it attractive (ie to sell it and not being honest about it).

    Interview Questions

    • Questions were asked about my college level project (which I did nearly 10 years back). Also some questions were asked about the voluntary work I did for a charity. In the 3 round only 25% of the time were spent discussion my skills and how it met the job requirements. The strange part was the interviewer was reading the CV in front of me in a way he saw that for the first time.   Answer Question
