I have been working at Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs full-time

    Pros

Great benefits, flexible hours, friendly colleagues. I would recommend working here to anyone who likes things straight forward. Structured role. Plenty of room for promotion or transfer to different roles or locations.

    Cons

Some may find tasks repetitive and find it difficult to understand tax laws. It requires people skills also to deal with all different types of tax payers.

    Advice to Management

Some may find tasks repetitive and find it difficult to understand tax laws. It requires people skills also to deal with all different types of tax payers. So hire the right person for the job
