I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HRM (Dublin, Dublin)
InterviewFirst there is an initial call to thank me for the application and to ensure the role was still open. Then there is a short personality skills assessment which only took about 10 minutes to complete. Once that was completed, there was an immediate follow-up to schedule a phone screen where we spoke about my experience and more about the job at HRM. Once the phone screen was completed there were 2 separate interviews with different people in the business. Lots of communications throughout so it was very clear.
