At HRM wellbeing is important, we believe in a work life balance and recognise the need for a healthy mind and body. We have a dedicated wellbeing committee who focus on making our work environment the best it can be, we have fresh fruit delivered every week to refuel, gym membership to keep us on our toes and regular wellbeing events to bring everyone together for a good cause.


Our teams work extremely hard at HRM and we know how important it is to unwind. Our social committee put great effort into organising fantastic quarterly team outings throughout the year. Already this year we have had a fantastic HRM Quiz and Comedy Night!

Michael O’Leary – Chief Executive

Forever sharing knowledge and pushing for innovative ideas our CEO likes to think outside the box and has led HRM’s success over the past 25 years. Heavily involved in all aspects of the business he is at his happiest when out working with clients. If you happen to spot a large black motorbike outside our Dublin office, that’s his! Mindfulness for Michael is escaping into a helmet and on to the bike.


Paul O’Donnell – Operations Director

Paul is the mastermind behind our operations here at HRM. So he spends much of his time on the road between our Dublin, Cork and Galway offices. He spends his time working closely with each of our recruitment teams to develop great services and solutions that ensure our success. Unwinding at the weekends for Paul is spending quality time with his family, playing football or hurling with his kids in South Galway, where he lives. He also loves a spot of carpentry whenever he gets the opportunity.


Joanne Lanigan – Director – HR & Executive Search

Client experience is at the heart of all Joanne does in HRM. In addition to leading our national HR selection group, Joanne is responsible for customer growth strategies, helping all our selection teams to build added value in to all our customer experiences. With two young kids, Joanne enjoys whisking them away to the family holiday home in the West of Ireland for sun (or rain) on the beach.


Sarah Good – Associate Director – Marketing

A junior international athlete, Sarah now runs to keep fit and braves the city centre on her bike to get to work every day. Leading our Marketing Selection team in HRM, Sarah has developed lasting relations with her clients over the past ten years. Knowing exactly what they want and where to get it and still manages to squeeze this all into a four-day week. As busy as this sounds, Sarah has her hands even more full at the weekend with her one year old boy ruling the house.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HRM (Dublin, Co. Dublin).


    First there is an initial call to thank me for the application and to ensure the role was still open. Then there is a short personality skills assessment which only took about 10 minutes to complete. Once that was completed, there was an immediate follow-up to schedule a phone screen where we spoke about my experience and more about the job at HRM. Once the phone screen was completed there were 2 separate interviews with different people in the business. Lots of communications throughout so it was very clear.
