    Pros

They provide office benefits like foods and training and some colleagues are good to work with.

    Cons

Top management sucks. Their priority is their business.
Discipline is lacking. Bias is very evident.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gengo (Tokyo (Japan)).

    Interview

There were quite a few interviews (around 5) until a position was finally offered. While tedious for everyone involved, it also allowed me to meet people from the company across a variety of business fields so I could more fully grasp the company and their business. I was able to interview with people from the top management all the way down to regular employees.

    Interview Questions

    • A surprising amount of hypothetical business questions which involved a lot of number crunching on the spot.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

The negotiations were rather straight forward and reasonable.
