    I have been working at GameDuell full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Remote work - it's easy to get job done remotely and comes in handy quite often.

    Co-workers - great people (well, used to be even better, but sadly a lot of them are leaving..)

    Vacation days - 28 days of vacation is quite nice.

    Flexible working hours - sometimes I feel like coming early and other times late, so this flexibility is quite nice.

    Cons

    Salary - way below the industry standard (also why a lot of talented people are leaving - unless you're around for a long time or working one of the key positions, you're stuck with below average salary)

    Bad decisions - investing heavily into projects that already failed while having a big app with A LOT of monthly users being developed by external company just makes no sense...

    Caring for employees - you should realize that you employees are people with feelings and treating them as such should be your priority. You're losing A LOT of talented people who brought a lot of extra to the table, not just the professional expertise and you don't do anything to keep them around. They provide the family feeling to the company, they bring the spirit.. you should really look back and see how the morale was 2-3 years ago and how it's now after you let all these people go for nothing.

    I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at GameDuell.

    Interview

    I applied online and 3 weeks later a HR employee contacted me to have a phone interview. In this interview, the employee asked me normal questions; no tricky question was asked. Then, 4 weeks later they sent me a Technical test which I completed but unfortunately, they didn't offered me the job.
