Interview
Single interview with the hiring manager, department manager, HR representative and external interviewer (in this case someone from a careers team in another university).
The interview lasted about 40 minutes with each interviewer asking 3-5 questions.
Questions from HR were competency based. Questions from Team Manager were focused on the job and skills required.
Questions from the Department Manager were focused on the broader student population and support.
