I have been working at Dream Unlimited full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Flexible time to start. Work from home with permission when needed

    Cons

Too much favouratism. Management do not listen to yr. Suggestion. Every year work increase with new changes as they do not replace any adminstration staff. Property accountant do most of the job. People are frustrating and leaving. They only promote people who they like and not to who deserve it.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Dream Unlimited in November 2019.

    Interview

They contacted me on LinkedIn with the job posting. I applied online, and was emailed to set up a phone interview with an intern. After the phone interview, I attended an in-person interview. When I hadn’t heard from them 2 weeks later, I sent a follow-up email.
