I worked at Dignity Health part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The company at the local level really seemed to care about our department and employees. Employee incentive programs, monthly meetings, quarterly pot lucks.. not to mention help resolving all issues and concerns in a timely and professional matter.

    Cons

In my role, the hours and locations of clients conflicted (ex: 35 minute unpaid one way travel for a 2 hour client). Pay was not a livable wage.

    Interview

The inter view/ Check in was over the phone due to covid. I'm not sure if this is the usual protocol. But it went well and was a pretty quick process compared to my other interviews in the past.

One thing is for sure: Being a hero is about reaching beyond ourselves and putting another’s needs before our own. So let’s celebrate the range of heroes, big and small, in everyday life. http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vQlma

It doesn't take much kindness to make a big difference. Dignity Health welcomes the chance to help you feel your best. Excellent, affordable health care, delivered with compassion, is what we stand for. Since our founding in 1986, we've made it our goal to create environments that meet each patient's physical, mental, and spiritual needs.
