Upper management has begun to "crackdown" on minor offenses since wage increases were implemented (as we are viewed as dispensible now) and finds minor discrepancies (often invented) to fire and/orAdvice to Management
Listen to and stand up for Frontline staff. They carry the weight of DESC. Don't say you do, it's a performatory line.
