Psychometric assessments and ability tests online. This involved numerical skills assessed. The psychometric personality assessment was used to see if you would be a good fit for the company. There were two rounds of Interviews via Microsoft teams. These consisted of Competency based questions. The process took a month from cv application to reference check stage.
