    Advice to Management

Continue to update systems/tech which will benefit staff and customers. Good training for new staff. Do not use agencies when hiring-hire directly through BOI. Give BOI contracts to staff who are good employees when temping. Review employee roles and give salaries to reflect their work.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bank of Ireland.

    Interview

I was told about the interview two days before. It was an okay interview. The panel wasn't very talkative. They asked a few tough questions. I tried following up for weeks but they didn't reply.
