Everything.... You are not helping people, you will be contributing to the hurting of others and what's worse is that you will see that there are issues and your leads/supervisors/mgrs will say thatAdvice to Management
Honestly, the governor needs to step in and get rid of ALL high ranking and middle managers and promote the people doing the work to these positions. At least they will try.
