    I have been working at Appello (UK) full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good training, friendly and approachable management. Progressions paths available. Everyone is very welcoming and the CEO sends out weekly updates as to what the business is doing. Never had this before in previous jobs I think it’s a really good way of keeping the basic staff included in what the senior management get up to.

    Cons

    Only 30 minutes for lunch, no social aspects i.e team meals/team building exercises.

    Advice to Management

    Introduce slightly longer lunches due to the nature of the job, will help people relax mid shift. Try and do monthly team incentives/Meals to help newbies settle in and just to keep job satisfaction up really.

    Initial telephone interview followed by face to face panel interview with FD, FC and HR. The main interview lasted about 1 hour. Fairly quick to make a decision.
