GE Software Engineer Monthly Pay in Jaipur, India

Really want to work for Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Siemens, and GE, but couldn’t get my foot into the door because of no experience in those industries. I did however land a job at Johnson Controls. How is that in comparison to others? Looked on Repvue and that quota attainment is competitive, but salary and OTE for Johnson is considerably lower. Evaluating a role as an associate at a top growth equity firm (~2B AUM) vs. senior associate at an early stage VC (~$200 M fund size). Pretty stuck deciding between the two as the VC opportunity has faster growth and a path to partner. GE firm has higher comp and a better brand name. What are all the things to consider and which opportunity sounds better? Long term aspiration (as of right now) is to be at a T1 VC down the line
