    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Vodafone (Newbury, England (UK)) in December 2021.

    Interview

I received the first interview call with their recruiter after a week that I applied. Standard questions, it was a conversation probably most to see how is your English / accent. Before we finished the call, she said that I'm at the borderline but because I had experience with the same job, she will speak with her colleague and will call me back that same day. They never called back. I send them an email as well for any feedback but nothing. I always thought it's a big company, they value and search for good candidates, but no. They just ghost you! I don't recommend anyone applying for this role! Except if you are overqualified maybe you'll have luck.
