    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Vodafone (Braşov (Romania)) in November 2009.

    Interview

There are a few parts of the interviewing process. First you are approached by the HR company for a phone interview. Then, at their quarters, you have an interview in your mother tongue, with a section in English. Then there is a series of tests to assess your personality and suitability for the position you apply for. You also have to pass a medical exam, in our case focused on hearing.
Then there is a final interview with the company representative, to make sure you are right for the particular team where you would be assigned.

    Interview Questions

    • I didn't find any question difficult or unexpected. They use life-like examples and if you are a spontaneous person you should be able to find solutions to the problems presented.   Answer Question

    Negotiation

There is no real negotiation. The company representatives ask what you would want, and then present you their offer. If you agree, you move forward, if not, that is the end of it.
