    Pros

Great internal tooling, great culture, everyday is fun, tons of learning opportunities

    Cons

Very slow and resistant to change. Some of those in power act like straight up frat bro’s. People talk trash behind each others backs

    Advice to Management

Stop over indexing on metrics and status reports your subordinates just manipulate to deceive you, push the Ray Dalio principles, there is too much immaturity.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Twitch (Irvine, CA (US)) in June 2019.

    Interview

It was a swift process, the team got in me for my onsite quickly to help with my timeline. Every time I was given a timeline for the next call or steps, the team followed through with that.
