Employees rate Prague 15.9% lower than the overall average
I have been working at Oracle full-time (More than a year)
-exposure toward auditing
-amazing company with good culture, over-time is paid, there is career growth opportunities, very-well organised company.
Can not think of major cons apart of lack of bonus system
Oracle in general is more sales oriented, sales guys getting most of of perks in the company.
Advice to Management
Please, encourage more people top stay and progress.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Oracle (Prague (Czech Republic)).
First you talk to HR. It's fine, because before calling they send you an e-mail to agree on exact time.
Next steps, you talk f2f with future managers (usually there are 3 managers at the same time, in one room)
After that (on the same day) you take a test on typical license / hardware/ cloud/ service contract (basic contractual questions that check your understanding of the document) plus logical thinking test. It's time limited.
After that you receive language tests - English (company language) plus any language you claim to speak that will be needed at your future job.
Be prepared the decision may take time. Sometimes they hire people after 3 months from the final interviews and tests.
