    Pros

Work life balance is fantastic. Job satisfaction depends heavily on your specific internal organization and direct supervisor. I'm very happy with my org. Excellent comp and benefits.

    Cons

Not a lot of room for growth.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Oracle (Bozeman, MT (US)) in March 2016.

    Interview

Slow. Three interviews. The first was a normal screening interview. Second was full with usual behavioral questions. Third was with a panel of the management team. Interviewers insisted in the fast paced and time-sensitive tasks are. Also, insisted in that flexibility and adaptability were key.
