    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Kijiji (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in January 2019.

    Interview

HR screening and phone interview are normal. On-site interview is a horror: it takes 5hours of 5 different people asking you the same standard set of questions. HR "forgot" to tell me they moved the interview 1 hour later, there was no one at the reception to open the entrance door(freezing outside while being on time but somehow unexpected). Each interview would run late, you wouldn't have any breaks and never asked if the new time arrangement was good for you. One of the interviewers(reaching from home) asked me 3 times to chat over coffee and sent a personal email to follow-up. They never called me back, even though CTO stressed out that any decision is rapid and communicated not longer than 1 week.
