Consulting group is very disciplined on various utilization metrics. Can be difficult to explore innovative types of engagements Focus seems to be on individual performance and not so much on team

Advice to Management

Consultants have a wealth of experience. It would be great to participate in a team engagement. Still too early to evaluate fully since I have returned after 10 years away.
