      I have been working at IG full-time (Less than a year)

      Pros

      we managed through different departments and people communicating amongst each other. TEAM WORK is there and SOLIDARITY keeps colleagues intact and with good intentions to teach and learn amongst each other .

      Cons

      Joined the company when there were a lot of changes that caused disconnection in-between departments and line responsibilities/ roles were undefined which caused huge problems - ABSENCE of COMMUNICATION and INFORMATION on mjor changes

      Advice to Management

      - Communication is key and without the input of employees on a decision, idea and plans then upper/ senior level will only cause chaos, resentment and rejecting of the execution/ implementation of plan.
      - Complaints need to be attended and heard so we others can feeel heard and believe they are protected in the company
