Pros
Cannot say enough good things about IBM. Work life balance is incredible. PTO you get 19 days off which is really generous. There are also tons of other perks you get when you work for IBM.
Cons
There is a lot of travel in a sales role.
Advice to Management
Keep up the amazing work!

The Interviewer wasnot perceptive. Not advisable in fresh grad because the hr was intimidating. It will ruin your career confidence . that old woman is a narcissist
The team lead supposed to give question because she is the expert in accountimg. You are just an hr
