I have been working at Hays full-time (Less than a year)
Wanting to straight work straight after graduating, training was vital for me. The training Hays offers is absolute brilliant. The mixture of on the job training, training sessions with different managers across the business and classroom based learning has been amazing so far. Hayley Southward is an absolute credit to the team and her thorough approach on my first week long training solidified my knowledge and has made me even more motivated to succeed. If you want a job where you are rewarded for the effort you put in, Hays is a company to work for. I never wanted to work for a big corporation but I absolutely love it and quickly realised how supportive Hays are, and my desk have been amazing at helping me succeed. I still have a long way to go and so much to learn, but I am confident, that if I continue to put the effort in, the rewards will come.
Coming straight out of university, the hours were long to begin with but I've now realised there's not enough hours in the day to get everything done!
I applied online. I interviewed at Hays (London, England (UK)) in May 2017.
Very efficient, clear and concise about the process involved and made me excited to receive the job. They were positive, friendly and made me feel relaxed. Overall very pleasant and showed me that Hays will be a rewarding and fun experience.
