    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson-Worldwide (Reading, England (UK)).

    Interview

Ericsson have a very straight forward and quick 2-stage interview.
Stage 1 was a HR interview to discuss my previous experience and see if I sounded like a good fit for the role.
Stage 2 was an in-person interview where you present a pre-assessment. I very much liked this stream lined approach.
