    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Dell Technologies (Franklin, MA (US)) in February 2021.

    Interview

Video Interview online. Next step was a live virtual interview day, which about 3 hours. It started with a HR introduction, followed by a panel of AISRs (make sure you ask a question here), and then a panel with leadership (no time for questions). Next, you do two interviews back to back with Sales Managers. The first interview is all about you as a learner, so be prepared with examples of times you had to learn new skills. The second interview is a bit more relaxed, it's about your high level knowledge an dell tech and the role (why sales, etc). You then get a 10 minute break. The last interview is about your character. So you start off with a mock cold call (you have to keep your cameras on and they expect no notes). Enter with an introduction, build rapport, ask questions gauge the customer's challenges, present the Dell EMC solution, and then go for the close. You're then asked how you think you did (give yourself a praise sandwich here) and then get asked behavioral/situational questions. Offer should come about one week after the interview.
