Advice to Management
Too much politics. No matter how much effort you put in. There will be no link between your annual appraisal and your output. GROSS variation in output vs rewards from employee to employee (if you know what I mean).
I’m constantly seeing issues being created to solve and show it as an achievement. Focus is on reporting and not on performance or achieving good for the organization.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bharti Airtel (Guwahati (India)) in April 2011.
Initially, I was contacted by an agency. They gave me the date and time of the interview.
On the given date, first the company conducted a computer based test, which lasted for about an hour.
Then, there was a personal round with an HR representative.
Finally, I was interviewed by a person from the sales team.
I did not get an offer. On enquiry, I was told that the company recruited someone with same-indusrty experience.
