I have been working at AlayaCare full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Alayacare has an amazing environment and it is a very supportive company.
The entire team is great and very supportive, helping me to improve my skills and grow a lot in my role.

    Cons

The application is big, so it takes time to understand everything and get up and running at first. But once you get it, it is good to work with it and makes you learn a lot.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at AlayaCare (Montreal, QC (Canada)).

    Interview

Very long hiring process very intense with a lot of steps. Also not enough time to prepare study case.
1.You will go through traditional phone screening
    2. You will be invited to an interview with a project presentation
    3. If you pass it, you will have a study case to do on a problem related to the company ( wich should be paid but isn’t)
    4. casual meet to confirm cultural fit....

    Interview Questions

    • Very specific question on study case... they will drill down on thought process and methodology   Answer Question
