The questions were very standard; what are your analytical skills, how do you influence others, are you a self-starter, etc. If you are decently prepared for a conversation you will do fine.

I build relationships with my enployees, not around personal life as much as work life , while emphasizing that it’s not personal. I don’t take it personal that they are upset and they don’t take it personal that I need this task completed. I don’t write them up for mistakes because I personally enjoy... there’s a contract and at the end of the day we both have to follow it. I let them vent their frustrations and use empathy but no matter what if my relationship has a solid foundation then it won’t lead to escalated situations. Less
