Phone interview with a HR contact followed by 121 with the recruiting manager for circa an hour. Whole process was pretty poor, the phone interview was standard walk through of my CV, nothing taxing or exciting. Next up was an interview with the recruiting manager, this was uninspiring and flat. The interviewer gave off the aura from the start that i was not the one, and at one point I thought had run out of things to say so asked me a question back that I'd asked 2 minutes earlier. I then never heard anything, and I mean not a single thing. No feedback, no thanks for coming, no update, not a word. After a week I sent the recruiter in Lego HR an email, no response. After a further week sent another email, then finally received an email with attached letter thanking me for my interest but saying they were looking for a candidate who's background and skills better matched the role.
