I also went through this at the second round of Sky interviews in Dublin. It was horrendous and totally unreasonable. the behaviour of the person acting out the role play on behalf of Sky was in my view unreasonable and unprofessional. One can only draw the conclusion that they have awful "people" issues which suggests that there is a flaw in their recruitment / selection process. In reality if an employee was to behave in the manner in which the SKY HR person acts out in the role play this would be considered derailing and unacceptable behavior which would involve a corrective action meeting in HR.
