I was not asked anything about the Staffing Recruiting position. Clearly the Interviewee had already decided upon my arrival that I was not suited for the position.

She asked me the basic questions about my prior positions. She told me when I was leaving that she had another company that she felt I was perfect for and she would contact them and get back to me . Therefore, would submit my resume to them. I never heard back from her. Even after several of my attempt to call/email her. I later called/spoke to her Director. Her responses were pretty much excuses but she offered to pass me off to another agent. But I feel the insensitivity and lack of diversity of whole agency is something they could use train in. Less
