1. Walk me through your resume. 2. Reason for leaving the previous company. 3. Most challenging situation in your previous employment & how did you overcome it? 4. How would you deal with monotony in your work? 5. One reason why should we choose you & one reason for why we shouldn't? 6. Why Amazon? 7. Some logical reasoning questions. And a lot more questions based on your answers. The interview was for about 40 minutes. No negotiation was done for the pay package. The package details were sent via email, without any discussions with the HR. The package was reasonable though.

Just answer confidently & do not skip/ pass the questions. And go through the Amazon Leadership Principles & try to relate your answers to some of the principles indirectly (Ex- ownership, invent & simplify). Less
1. About my current profile? 2. Basic theory and bookish question (as he himself was not knowing regarding SOX audit practical approach) 3. Difference and Similarity between COSO and SOX (Never experienced anywhere this kind of question) - My answer was COSO provides framework to SOX compliance. But he was asking me difference. I wonder how can anyone ask this? God knows which answer he was looking for!!!! 4. How do you identify risk? What is designing?

Hi, You are right that COSO provides framework to SOX but the difference is COSO is a framework and SOX is a standard where you need to abide to the rules defined. Less
