I would expect it but be hopeful for some room for improvement.

The expectation of vocational rehabilitation is not for the clients to get 100% better, our job is to be there to pick up the percentage of the person and help them to find a place in society to bounce back into their rhythm. I believe all people will be 100 percent better at their own time. Clients may leave my care at a given time, but that does not mean the person is done healing. I think as long as people know that, hope will always be in their equation. Less

look up PSR if you don't know the term and reflect on how this influences the way you work with clients. Answer needs to be genuine. I don't think that a text-book answer will suffice because this underlies your way of being with clients. Less
