Like apparently all retail pharmacies (They have a bad problem with retention, probably cause you are a low wage slave TBH) They have this strange fantasy that you will work there for very little money and joke of a pay rise for years. So the RPH Jason the Pharmacy Manager will ask straight out, How long will you work here?

Like any employer that will ask you this you want to say you are looking for something that will last a good 3-5 years. Don't want to go too little as they think you are in it for the money but that is why we are coming in of course DUH!! But don't say too long or they will think its too outlandish and unbelievable.
