Tell us of a time from work where you know you were right, but your supervisor asked you to do something different?

While working with QTC I saw a claimant with approximately 35 complaints and was reminded that final report was due in 48 hours. I knew it was not possible to finis it in that amount of time but was told to just proceed and fill out responses as best I could. I was not comfortable responding to complaints in that manner as it would not serve the claimant’s best interest and did in my way even though I did not finish within the deadline. I was penalized for that. K Less

One timemy individual felt light headed inside the supermarket my quick reflections captured her from hidding the ground by her back and sit her down in a crate gave her a piece of cake i had and then she felt better i am a caregiver my job is to look after them according to their necessities when i called my company coordinator she told me to call 911 i told her if she wouldn't get better then i would've called them but it wasn't necessary but she understood it and told me next time to call them immediately after calling 911 and i said no problem they understood because i was in good standards for four years with no problems thats why i was considered.
