The main reason I'm creating this review is that I saw something unusual and inappropriate on the agency's "Careers" page. After you click on an open position, you are taken to their Bamboo HR page for more information about the role. On this page, it says "...want to expand our young and dynamic team..." I was stunned that they used the word "young." There are strict laws about any reference to age as well as actual age discrimination laws. I don't understand how something like this was thought to be OK, must the less posted via their website. My interviews and interactions with the agency staff were professional and there wasn't any feeling of age bias. However, the word "young" should not be used in this respect. I hope that the agency staff will read this comment and strongly consider deleting that word. Less

You made a valid point and it has been removed from our job descriptions (the current postings may not reflect the changes, but future postings will not include the word young). Thank you for sharing that you did not experience any discrimination throughout the recruitment process. Currently pursuing the field of general surgery. My weaknesses are low tolerance for ineffective work patterns and a straightforward personality. On a daily basis, I enjoy reading from a wide variety of news sources, not limited to Huffington Post, NY Times and the occasional Reader's Digest article. I also enjoy going to the gym and spending time with genuine people. Passive voice is the reconstruction of a sentence to both be vague and also get the point across. "The subject is receiving the verb." I have presented 2 posters and an audit at medical conferences. The audit was also published (by default, I must admit) as an abstract in the journal related to the conference. I am not leaving my current position yet but pursuing the option of leaving Malaysia to move to Australia for better pay, work-life balance and hopefully a more dedicated specialist training programme. i have experienced this "ghosting" at least 5 times over the last year and find it disgusting! Seems like that is the new trend from these younger recruiters and I agree with you, it is unacceptable and these recruiters are not representing their company well in my opinion. More unacceptable when you've had an in person interview! Less
