I appreciate the desire to make sure both parties are on the same page and not waste time, but (particularly at non profits like this that you know have a range they are unwilling/unable to go above) I think the onus should be on the interviewer to share the range they are offering, not the interviewee. In terms of my knowledege and learning experience definitely yes. Studying abroad gave me a whole new level of exposure wherein you learn to manage your time efficiently by working and studying simulatanously. I had the opportunity to study and work alongside people coming from diverse background which helped me gain new prespective and insights in terms of working ethics. Less
