HR team is so unprofessional, rude. HR called and took telephonic round and for my surprise, HR itself started questioning technical stuffs. Unorganized. Usually in a very good company, there will be specific panels for each round. Technical panel for technical round of interview, manager for managerial round, and a HR panel for HR round. But here in iViZ, HR itself started asking technical questions. Made me to think twice if the call is genuine. A bad experience. Advice to management: Please look into your HR team, they are so unprofessional in an interview process. The way they talk, the questions they ask are terrible. They get too personal in asking questions. Giving a big NO to iViZ
