The entire interview process took around three weeks and had three rounds. The first was an HR screening, which was pretty basic—just a conversation to check my background and see if my profile matched the job.
The second round was a technical interview with the team manager, and this was quite tough. They didn’t focus much on theory but instead asked about real-time scenarios and how I handled challenges in my past work. They wanted detailed answers based on my actual experience.
The final round was with the director/board, and it was even more challenging. It had a mix of technical and managerial questions, and they really dug deep into my past work, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Overall, the process was structured and professional, but definitely not easy. If you're applying, be prepared to discuss your experience in detail because they focus more on what you’ve actually done rather than just theoretical knowledge.
