I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at dunnhumby in Nov 2023
Interview
I had an initial telephone call with the in house recruiter, following direct contact from them on LinkedIn. It was a lovely conversation, felt natural and went well. I was told I’d found out the next steps / outcome at the end of the week, however, after some follow up messages I just did not hear back. No follow-up and no responses to messages which was disappointing and not what I’d expect from a company like this.

Question 1
Asked briefly about background, but mainly them speaking about the role.
I applied online. I interviewed at dunnhumby (Hammersmith, England) in Sept 2024
Interview
Was contacted by the recruiter for an initial conversation about the role. She was super helpful and gave me the details required. I was then asked to come in for a face to face interview with the Head of Recruitment, which seemed to go well.
I followed up twice with the company, a few days later and a week after for feedback and was told the CEO was looking at the CVs. Since then, I have heard nothing. I received no feedback and wasn't told that they weren't progressing with my application. When someone makes the effort to attend and in person interview, feedback should be provided either way.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at dunnhumby (London, England) in Dec 2023
Interview
Awful - She contacted me on LinkedIn, then didn't attend the interviews twice and was late to the 3rd one. She used some poor excuses and never made any apologies. I moved meetings around to make them work, and there was never any consideration for that. She was so rude on the call and kept the camera off like I was talking to a wall. Then Ghosted me with no follow-up - quite possibly the worst recruitment experience ever! You will lose valuable candidates with the current recruitment team.
