The original job description was that of Product Developer, I proposed to reframe the position: In order to reach these goals in a challenging in-house corporate climate one should hire someone that acts as product owner or steward that guides every aspects necessary to implement this product successfully. A holistic approach, that travels through all aspects of product development, including engineering, art direction, sales training & market research, marketing & international product representation. "Describe your design strategy." I have to write more because Glassdoor needs more than 5 words. To be clear, this is a ridiculous question as it suggests that design professionals have "their" strategy. In fact, there are many strategic approaches to design, which multiply when intermingled with various business, sales, and marketing strategies.

Of course! Recently in my engineering project group, I've had a tough time advocating for my ideas and getting my point across to my two other teammates.
