Right issues is a route where a company raises funds from existing shareholder and this would impact the issued capital of the company whereas in Bonus share issuance the price of the stock get discounted on the Ex date and the quantity gets added as per the ratio designed by the Board of Directors of the company and that won't impact the share capital of the company.
