When I was working as a Family Services Director in Philadelphia, PA. I had a discrepancy with one of my employees in reference to the working space assigned. After he showed me his point, I provided him with the option to organize his space without affecting the ergonomic design of the office. Less

For angry clients, I can provide an experience when I was a Family Services Director . I had a client that she was upset because she claimed that she did not have enough time to spend with her daughter during the visitation assigned by the Court. I resolved the problem to provide her with half and hour more if the Foster Parent was agreed. Foster Parent was agreed and the client left the agency in a good mood. Less

We can be subject to penalty if we don’t follow the DOL guidelines hence why this is not true. I’m sorry this person feels it necessary to be so hostile. Less

Antidepressants, Antianxiety, Mood Stabilizers, AntiPsychotic, and Stimulants should have been some of the things an individual working closely with mentally ill clients should know. Less
