The primary reason a sale doesn't get closed is because the salesperson fails to ask for the sale. So many sales can go in every right direction from generating and qualifying the right leads to learning the needs of the customer and matching those needs with the product or service you are offering. But the salesperson who does all of this and doesn't ask for the sale decreases their opportunity to close the sale. Less
